Overview:
The Grand Beauty Spa was frustrated at poor search results and was concerned about brand recognition as a European luxury med-spa and salon whose highly trained staff travel the world to bring Tampa the latest in Spa trends.
Objective(s):
- Build awareness of med-spa services.
- Share fashion and spa trend knowledge gained from world travels and exclusive training
- Build community around fashion expertise
Solutions:
DML developed an integrated online strategy that:
- Overhauled Website SEO
- Produced a 10 part video series on Med-Spa services, and promoted with a contest.
- Created and maintained monthly newsletter
- Trained staff to make effective use of social media channels including:
- Beauty Blog
- Facebook Page
- YouTube
